The Invokers Have Taken All The Good

Peace, one and all…

Narrated Mu‘adh ibn Jabal: “The Prophet (as) was asked which type of warriors would achieve the greatest reward. He replied: ‘Those who invoke God the Exalted the most’. Then they asked him about prayer, the tithe, pilgrimage,  almsgiving, and each time he replied: ‘Those who invoke God the Exalted the most’. Then Abu Bakr said to ‘Umar: ‘O father of Hafsa, the invokers have taken all the good.’ The Messenger of God (as) then added: ‘Precisely.’”
