Love Is About Its Work

Peace, one and all…

Wherever we go,
whatever we do,
Love is about its work,
gently stealing hearts
and slowly dissolving
all that we thought
we were.

Whether we leap
into the sea,
or remain stubbornly
upon the shore,
slowly and subtly
our resistance is eroded
by the Tides of Love.

So, praise be to God!
The Heart of All Water
and the Ocean
within every drop.
Wherever we go
and whatever we do,
Love is about its work.

  1. Friends, no matter where you’ve been or whatever you’ve done, thus far in your life, God’s pure, loving voice is calling you, for He longs for an intimate relationship with you,

Friends, God is a diligent God who longs to be able to graciously and gently reveal His teachings to you.

Friends, can I encourage you to look expectantly and eagerly to Almighty God, for He alone can rescue you from being enslaved to self-will.

Friends, no matter how stubborn you’ve been and how much foolish resistance you’ve put up so far, Almighty God still offers you the wonderful exciting opportunity to turn from your self-sufficient ways and bow down before Him- as a student before His teacher.

Praise be unto holy God whose heart longs for us drink from His water of life, His living, life-transforming Word!

Friends, may compassionate, pure-hearted God continue to bless your efforts to thank, praise and worship Him in 20012!

  3. Truly trusting and obeying Jesus’ words can help us overcome the heartache of our circumstances and tribulations. Take fresh courage, friends, for Jesus is
moved to extraordinary compassion when He sees how oppressed by burdens true seekers of Him are.

Precious Friends, has your heart been broken? Are you feeling harassed and helpless, like a sheep without a shepherd? If you are, you are like so many people today who are beaten down by life, facing problems so overwhelming they don’t even know, with any confidence, where to go for help.

Friend, are you such a person who needs restoration of your soul? Turn to Jesus’ words for consolation, for in trusting and obeying them you can, most assuredly, know and experience God’s awesome gift of compassion. May God richly bless you.

  4. Psalm 34:18 The LORD [is] nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit!

Precious readers, we will bless the LORD at all times: His praise [shall] continually [be] in our mouth. Our soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear [thereof], and be glad. O magnify the LORD with us, and let us exalt His holy, righteous, compassionate, gracious, loving name together.

Precious readers, there is angelic protection for those who wholeheartedly trust and obey God.

7 The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.
Psalm 34:8 O taste and see that the LORD [is] good: blessed [is] the man [that] trusteth in him.

9 O fear (honour) the LORD, ye his saints (true believers): for [there is] no want to them that fear (love) him.

Psalm 34:22 The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.

Precious readers, after God saves us our afflictions don’t diasappear, but God encourages us with this verse from Psalm 34:19 Many [are] the afflictions of
the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all!

Precious readers, Almighty God is righteous! Truly He is always right! He says in Psalm 34:15 The eyes of the LORD [are] upon the righteous, and his ears
    [are open] unto their cry.

Precious readers, as we make it our heart’s desire to hunger and thirst after righteousness we optimise our chances of being blessed by Him.

Precious Friends, it is so important to study what God has decided is evil, for we read in Psalm 34:16 The face of the LORD [is] against them that do evil,
to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.

Psalm 34: 11 Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear (reverence) of the LORD.

12 What man [is he that] desireth life, [and] loveth [many] days, that he may see good?

13 Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.

14 Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
Psalm 34:17 [The righteous] cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles! May God bless you with a love for psalm 34!
