Carry Your Baggage There At Once!

Peace, one and all…

‘By the mercy of God Paradise has eight doors –
one of these is the door of repentance, child.
All the others are sometimes open, sometimes shut;
but the door of repentance is never closed.
Come seize the opportunity: the door is open;
carry your baggage there at once’
(Masnavi 4.2506-2508, trans. Shaykh Kabir Helminski)

  3. Al salamu alaikum Syed Farid Maharaj,

    Welcome to my online home. May Allah bless you always. Thank you for your kind request. Please feel free to link here. Indeed, I would be honoured. I visited your home page. Ma sha Allah. It is interesting and informative. Moreover, as you say, I do love qawwali – in terms of its music, its poetry and because it is a great source of spiritual blessing.

    I have never been to India but even so, I have of course heard of the shrine of our beloved master Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti (may Allah sanctify his noble soul).

    May Allah bless you and your family always.

    Ma’as salama,
    Abdur Rahman

    the best time to visit Ajmer Sharif is during the urs 1st rajab to 6th rajab. the gathering is truely international about more than half a million zaireen meet in this public palace without any regard to religious ,ethnic or race restriction.qawwalis are rendered allround the mousellum except during the five prayer times .the night is alive at the special hall called mahfil khana and sama gathering (qawwali) in the full chishtiya tradition is held under the cordinated efforts of chishtiya shaikhs and many attendees get in state of wjad ..
    it is very emotional gathering .
