One of the great discoveries I have been blessed to be able to make is that the LORD God can bless us with the correct insight that He is the revealer of truth. If we say "Yes" to believing His teachings He reveals His wondrous wisdom to us, yet if we stubbornly cling to disbelieving Him He will conceal His wisdom from us.

Truly God is love. He is the gracious, generous giver of life who compassionately nurtures us through the ups and downs of life.

You're right Stephanie, that is the purpose of real interfaith dialogue - to open up new, previously unexplored insights into the Divine - like opening new windows onto a sacred temple of the soul. Of course, it is important to share other things too, but for myself, my true intention is to see the One through another's eyes, that my love might grow.

The name of your blog is interesting too. In Sufi tradition, we are taught to be in seclusion whilst in the midst of company (khalwat dar anjuman). In other words, we're always in that monastery without walls. O Merciful One! May we see You before us always.
