Peace, one and all…

I wanted to share some of the pearls of reflection that I was given by Shaykh Kabir at the recent Threshold Society retreat.  I am recasting these jewels in my own words (drawn from my own notes).  They are not verbatim reports.

  • The truth is there to be realised
  • The manifestation of beauty is an act of worship in its own right
  • Relationship and connection are absolutely crucial in this disconnected age

These are profound ideas and insha Allah, I hope to reflect on them more fully as time goes by.

And my last prayer is in praise of Allah, Sustainer and Cherisher of All Being.
